Cicero/amo appointed by Saab UK

Cicero/amo has been appointed by the UK arm of the defence and security technology giant Saab AB to deliver a wide-ranging integrated mandate including senior counsel, public affairs and strategic communications. Cicero/amo’s Havas counterpart, Maitland/amo, will also be supporting Saab by providing the strategic communications element of the brief.  

Founded in 1937 Saab is best known for its Gripen fighter jet, alongside its range of products and services for air, land and sea, in addition to civil aerospace and security solutions. Saab is a longstanding partner with UK defence and security, empowering personnel, sharing technology and helping to keep Britain safe.  Saab’s UK supply chain is made up of nearly 1,000 of the best companies in the industry, across the length and breadth of the country – from prime contractors to SMEs.

The account will be led by Cicero/amo MD, John Rowland, reporting to Saab Vice President and Head of UK Corporate Affairs, Nicolas Clark.
