EU Revision of CLP: What next for users of chemicals?

by Tim Davidson, Daan Cortenbach & Helena Walsh

Following the publication of the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability last year, the European Commission announced its intention to revise the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP) Regulation. Whether you manufacture, import, distribute or even just use chemical substances, the upcoming changes to CLP may result in new regulatory obligations and costs for your business to adhere to.

Cicero/amo has prepared an overview of proposed policy options and how the proposed initiatives may impact users and producers of chemicals, as well as a timeline of the revision process.

I do hope you find this of use and please do get in touch if you would like to discuss further.
