Gate One is a leading digital and business transformation consultancy focused on designing and delivering meaningful change for some of the world’s most interesting, innovative and influential organisations.
To support its continued brand development in the UK and in order to launch into new markets, Gate One sought to create a campaign to facilitate new client conversations and showcase its best-in-class capabilities.
Strategy and execution
H/Advisors Cicero developed a campaign idea alongside Gate One on the theme of ‘consumer-centric business models’, focused across Gate One’s core markets by geography and sector. Key research themes included corporate leadership and strategy; understanding customers, customer experience and feedback systems, empowering the frontline; and metrics and measurement.
H/Advisors Cicero conducted a series of in-depth interviews with C-Suite representatives at Gate One clients exploring these issues, alongside launching a survey of 500 business leaders across four countries (the UK, US, France and Ireland). The business research was conducted in tandem with consumer research of 2,000 households in the same four countries, to compare differences in opinion between the consumer and the C-suite.
H/Advisors Cicero’s Digital team designed and produced of the report from beginning to end by developing image libraries and creating bespoke data visualisation and infographics from the findings. The report was designed and reformatted for both online and print with multiple versions created across each of the target countries. The report was then distributed at a launch event, in the media and through online channels.
Results
The campaign launched in Q4 2021, providing the basis for brand building and client engagement, including an in-person webinar for the business launch in France.
The report was used for direct client outreach from Gate One consultants, running alongside a PR campaign in the UK, US, France and Ireland (supported by H/Advisors Cicero).
