H/Advisors Cicero appoints Mark Twigg as CEO

H/Advisors Cicero has appointed Mark Twigg as CEO.

Mark joined H/Advisors Cicero in March 2003 to help establish the UK public affairs practice, having previously worked in public affairs roles in London, Brussels, and Washington DC. In the last 10 years, he has overseen the development of the agency’s creative team which includes market research, content marketing and digital services. He was part of the senior leadership team during H/Advisors Cicero’s acquisition by Havas in 2020.

Since H/Advisors Cicero joined Havas, Mark has been instrumental in developing integration with the Havas Group and reshaping the business to drive growth and opportunities for talent.

Commenting, Mark Twigg, CEO, H/Advisors Cicero said: “H/Advisors Cicero is enjoying a record year in 2022 as we continue to reap the benefits of being acquired by Havas Group in 2020, which has seen us substantially expand our international footprint and win a number of significant international accounts.

“While corporations and consumers alike face an anxious outlook, the business community will be absolutely critical to supporting the economic fightback. I truly believe H/Advisors Cicero now offers an unmatched level of service for organisations looking to create meaningful change and am incredibly proud to lead the agency moving forward.”

Iain Anderson, Executive Chairman, said: “A huge congratulations from the entire H/Advisors Cicero team to Mark, who is a well-known and hugely trusted partner and colleague who has been utterly instrumental for the business.

“Mark has the vision and drive to take H/Advisors Cicero to the next level, with big plans afoot to further develop our services and client offer into new and growing markets and further integrate across HAVAS which is providing opportunities we never could have dreamed of just a few years ago.”

Mark is an active campaigner on workplace diversity and inclusion.  He is a Trustee of the education charity, Governors for Schools, and is currently Chair of the Carshalton Boys Sports College Academy Trust.
