Account Manager – EU Corporate Communications (London/Brussels)

H/Advisors Cicero is looking to recruit an Account Manager with pan-European corporate Communications experience to support our rapidly expanding client base across sectors such as Tech, Energy and Financial Services. The role spans across our Corporate Communications and EU Public Affairs teams.

In this role, the successful candidate will work as a key member of our client account teams. The role will involve EU media relations, client account management, new business activities, strategic advice, content creation and copywriting. The successful candidate will deliver excellent insight and assist in providing strategic corporate communications direction to our clients.

Skills required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years’ EU Corporate Communications experience; in an agency/consultancy or busy in-house team.
  • Experience and interest in EU corporate communications strategies and media relations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to help grow the business.
  • Strong account and client management skills.
  • Good European journalist and media connections.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills (Business English is the language of the office).
  • A willingness to multi-task and support the wider business wherever necessary.
  • Be sensitive to handling confidential information.
  • Subscribe to our cultural values; courage, innovation, collaboration, expertise, respect, and openness.
  • French or German language skills would be preferable.
